1. IMPRINTING
All prices, where applicable, include 1-color, 1-position
imprint, or a full color imprint. Will match PMS at no
charge if a close match is not required. Exact PMS color
match, Add $25 (V) unless otherwise noted.
2. ARTWORK
Electronic artwork can be emailed to artwork@tpiline.
com along with your PO number as the subject. Only files
created with a vector based graphic program, such as
COREL DRAW, ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR and FREEHAND,
are usable. Touch-up and recreation will incur an
additional service charge. These files must not include any
rasterized images such as tif, bmp or jpeg and all fonts
used in the files must either be converted to outline or
embedded. E-mail art must have company name, contact
name, phone number and purchase order number in the
email message. When faxing in order, please include a
copy of art with PO.
Paper hard copy of artwork is still acceptable. Images from
photocopy, business card, letterhead, fax transmission,
web page download and low-resolution scan-ins are not
usable.
Multi-color spot color printing art must be in black/white
and separated with the correct trapping. Composite
image will only be used for registration purpose.
Additional charges: Typesetting (up to 3 lines) add $20
(V). Additional charges: Typesetting $5 (V) required to
incorporate typeset with logo. Call for price to touch-up
and re-create unusable artwork.
3. PRODUCTION TIME
Imprinted merchandise, 5-7 working days after proof
approval. Rush service available with camera ready art.
Call for a quote or special requirements.
4. PROOFS
Paper Proof: No charge up to 1 revision. $10 (V) after
2nd paper proof. Product Proof: Full Color Imprint -
$120 (V) plus cost of item; Spot color - $40 (V) per item
plus applicable set-up charges and cost of item unless
otherwise noted. Allow 5-8 working days. Once approval
is received on the product proof, screen & set up charges
will be waived to produce the rest of the order.
5. SPEC SAMPLES
Full Color Imprint - $150 (V) plus cost of item; Spot Color - 14. CLAIMS & RETURNS
$60 (V) per product plus applicable set up charges and 1st
quantity pricing (R). Allow 8 working days for production.
When spec sample results in an order, screen will not be
charged again, only a reset-up charge of $25 (V) per color,
per location applies. Maximum quantity: 2 pieces.
6. OVER/UNDERRUNS
Every effort will be made to ship exact quantity. We
reserve the right to ship within 5% over or under specified
quantity.
7. REPEAT ORDERS
$25 (V) per color per location unless otherwise noted.
Please provide previous invoice and/or PO# and date. Any
copy changes cannot be considered as repeat order.
8. SELF PROMOTIONS
Items for self promotions will be billed at the end quantity
price. Imprint must contain same company name as on
the purchase order. Other catalog prices apply.
9. LESS THAN MINIMUM
ADD $50 (V) plus applicable screen/set up charges.
Contact Customer Service for acceptable less than
minimum quantities.
10. ENGRAVING & SAND ETCHING
Charges for products not already priced with engraving/
etching. $40 (V) Set Up Charge unless otherwise noted.
Artwork size: 5 sq in. or smaller - $2.00 (V) per piece;
6-9 sq. in. - $4.00 (V) per piece;
10-15 sq. in. - $7.00 (V) per piece;
16-25 sq. in. - $9.00 (V) per piece;
26 sq. in. or larger - $12 (V) per piece.
Personalization - $4.00 (V) per name.
Single color filled is required on wooden products - Add
$3.00 (V) per piece. PMS color match not available.
11. SAMPLES AND UNIMPRINTED ITEMS
For all Samples use end column price (R). Plates are not
included with samples and non-imprinted items unless
otherwise noted. Plate charge – (2/1/2”W x 3/4”H OR 3”
W x 1-1/4”H) add $1.50(V) per plate. Samples and nonim-
printed items will usually ship within 48 hours.
12. PACKAGING
Most items come with a gift box and instructions.
13. SHIPPING
UPS or specified. Most orders shipped F.O.B. factory, TX.
Drop shipment: For each shipment after the first, add
$5 (V) for each ship-to location. Foreign shipment:
$25 (V) for handling export documentation per location.
Third party billing: $2.50 (V) per carton for handling
charge. USPS Shipment: $10 (V) for handling charge.
Any quality issue regarding merchandise or imprint must
be claimed within 15 business days after receipt of order.
We will repair, replace or credit (no refunds). Any defective
imprinted products returned may be replaced by same
items with no imprint. Return authorization is required.
All approved return items must be in original form and
package. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is
not authorized. Unimprinted merchandise is subject to a
15% restocking fee.

15. BATTERIES
Included for most items unless otherwise noted.
16. WARRANTY
All items in our line are warranted for six months from
the day of purchase against defects in material and
workmanship under normal use. (Batteries and glass
items excluded).
17. PAYMENT TERMS
1 % 10; Net 30 days with approved credit. We accept Visa
& Mastercard. 2% interest per month will be charged to
accounts over 30 days past due. Accounts past due will
delay production until the account is current.
18. TRADEMARKS
We assume no responsibility for determining who holds
the title of the trademark. All liabilities of this risk rest
with the customer.
19. CANCELLATIONS
Factory will invoice for parts and labor used up to the
cancellation date. Not allowed once merchandise is
imprinted. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
